Who Can Apply?
- MDCAT passed with at least 55% (MBBS) or 50% (BDS).
- At least 60% marks in FSc Pre-Medical / HSSC or equivalent (IBCC equivalence for A-Level).
- Domicile of the province / region for government-college quota seats.
- Sindh and KPK accept an MDCAT pass from 2024, 2025 or 2026 for the 2026-27 session; SZABMU accepts MDCAT 2024 / 2025 / 2026 of SZABMU, UHS, KMU, BUMHS or IBA Sukkur.

How Merit Lists are Made
Merit = MDCAT 50% + HSSC 40% + SSC 10%. In Sindh you compete within your district quota; in Punjab on province-wide open merit; in KPK on merit-cum-choice. Check your chances against last year’s closing merits and calculate your aggregate with the aggregate calculator.

When does the UHS Punjab MBBS portal close?
The UHS MBBS portal for public-sector colleges is open from 16 to 30 October 2026 (5 pm). The BDS portal opens from 15 to 30 December 2026.
Is KPK MBBS admission 2026-27 still open?
No. KMU applications closed on 21 October 2026. The provisional merit list is due on 30 October and the final merit list on 12 November 2026.
What is the last date for NUMS MBBS admission?
