- Applications on the following prescribed form enclosing attested copies of educational and relevant experience certificates, along with two (02) passport size photographs and detailed CV must reach to the office of Director (HRM), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi – 75020, through courier service on or before 18.11.2026.
- Interested Candidates can also apply online through National Jobs Portal Website (www.njp.gov.pk).
- Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA / DA will be allowed for test / interview.
- Upper Age relaxation of five years instead of existing 3 years; in addition to 5 years general age relaxation, only for this special exercise.
- The Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of hiring partially or completely.
- Applicants serving in Government / Semi Government departments or autonomous bodies are required NOC of their organization concerned.
- Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be considered.
- Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should send their applications in a separate envelope clearly mentioned the names of post on envelopes.
- Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
- The contract appointment shall be extendable for further period, subject to satisfactory performance. The appointee shall have no right to claim regularization against respective post(s)
