CUVAS DVM Minority Quota Admissions and Fee Submission
Selected candidates must collect their fee voucher from the Admission Office and deposit the prescribed Non-Boarder Fee of Rs. 60,575/- at any Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branch by Friday, 30th October 2026. Students requiring hostel accommodation must also fill out the prescribed hostel registration form.
Required Documents and Admission Conditions
- Admission will be confirmed upon the submission and verification of original documents and CNIC/Form-B.
- Candidates must provide documentary proof of eligibility for the relevant quota.
- Submission of four (04) sets of photocopies of the Matriculation certificate, F.Sc. certificate, Domicile, CNIC/Form-B, and photograph, along with paid challans for the Admission Processing Fee and Entry Test Fee.
- Two duly attested affidavits (CUVAS Rules Affidavit and HEI Undertaking) are required at the time of first enrolment.
After paying the fee, candidates must submit a copy of the paid deposit slip to the Admission Office within the stipulated deadline during office hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Failure to submit the paid deposit slip on time will result in the cancellation of the admission.
