- Candidates belonging to schedule castes Buddhist community (3 years age relaxation)
- Ex-Service Men: Upper age limit relaxed by the number of years actually served in armed forces or 15 years, whichever is less.
- Govt. Servants (02 year's continueous government service) 10 years up to the age of 55 years additional relaxation (Apply through proper channel).
- Widow, son or daughter of deceased civil servant who dies during service 05 years additional age relaxation.
- The age relaxation for the disable candidates is 10 years.
- Where the candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than 01 category specific item No. (1 to 5) above, shall be allowed relaxation in age in one category.
- The eligible candidates are advised to apply through National Job Portal (NJP) i.e. kk.4, http://nip.gov.pk.
- Candidates applying for more than one post should apply online separately for that post within 20 days from the publication of this advertisament in the newspaper. NO applications shall be entertianed via hard copy / by post.
- No TA/DA: NO Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for appeating in taste or interviews.
- Ministry of Defence (Defence Division) reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- Recruitment will be done at doorstes (at Districts levell with help of newly establishee employment calls in districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.
- All Recruitmant (BPS 1-16) to be done by Waai-in interview (No Entry & Written Test).
- Upper Age relaxation of 5 years Instead of existing 3 years; in addition to 5 years general age relaxation.
