Online admission forms and fee submissions for regular and private candidates follow these deadlines:

With normal fee: Up to 05-11-2026
With double fee: 06-11-2026 to 10-11-2026
With triple fee: 11-11-2026 to 16-11-2026

Examination Fee Rates (Pakistan & Abroad)

The admission and examination fee structures vary depending on the category of the student and geographic location:

Regular/Ex-Candidates (HSSC-I / Inter Tech. & IUASM / Diplomas-I): Rs. 3,000/- (Within Pakistan) or US $130/- (Abroad)
Regular/Ex-Candidates (HSSC-II / Inter Tech. & IUASM / Diplomas-II): Rs. 3,000/- (Within Pakistan) or US $130/- (Abroad)
HSSC-I & II (Combined) / Diplomas-I, II & III: Rs. 6,000/- (Within Pakistan) or US $260/- (Abroad); Diplomas alone are Rs. 9,000/- (Within Pakistan) or US $390/- (Abroad)
HSSC Non-Registered Other Board/IBCC Cases: Rs. 4,700/- (Within Pakistan) or US $230/- (Abroad) for Part I; Rs. 4,700/- (Within Pakistan) or US $230/- (Abroad) for Part II; Rs. 4,600/- (Within Pakistan) or US $460/- (Abroad) for combined.

Note that an additional Rs. 1,700/- (within Pakistan) or US $100 (for abroad) applies as the HSSC Registration Fee if the student is not already registered. The registration fee is payable once.

Important Guidelines and Procedures

Fee Deletion and Corrections: Fee for deletion of admission form is Rs. 2000/- (in land) & US $50/- (abroad). Correction in Roll Number Slip is Rs. 2000/- (in land) & US $50/- (abroad).
Bank Payment: Admission fees must be remitted via Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) branches, EasyPaisa, or Jazz Cash applications using the system-generated Bank Challan by the due dates.
Disability Concessions: Candidates applying under the disability category must mention accessibility needs and upload a disability certificate. No examination fee is charged from orphan, disabled candidates, prisoners, and wards of ‘Shuhada’.
Submission Mode: Regular candidates must obtain admission forms from their institution’s dashboard on the FBISE website. Ex-registered/improvement candidates can submit their data in soft form directly via the official portal at https://tech.fbise.edu.pk.
