- Provision of original documents shall be mandatory at the time of interview.

- Recruitment will be done at doorstep (at Districts level) with help of newly established employement cells in district of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.
- All Recruitment (BPS-1-16) to be done by Walk-in-Interview (No Entry & Written Test).
- Upper Age Relaxation of 5 years instead of existing 3 years in addition to 5 years general age relaxation.
