- Selection will be purely on merit basis. Applicants can apply from all over Pakistan.

- Government employees are directed to apply through proper channel & should bring NOC at the time of interview.
- Foreigner applicants must have valid Student Visa and valid PMDC certificate.
- All courses are full time training positions. No one is allowed to work with any other organization during training period, except TRMO (Tier – I & II).
- Stipend will be provided as per NICVD policies.
- Training will start from January 2027.
