The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has officially released the schedule for the BISE Lahore OSM Training Workshops regarding On-Screen Marking (OSM). As per the directions of the Minister for Education, Government of the Punjab, and the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Lahore, the board is transitioning towards On-Screen Marking for intermediate-level subjects.

Initially, four subjects have been selected for On-Screen Marking: Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and Statistics. To facilitate this, the Staff Training & Development Center (ST&DC) of BISE Lahore has arranged district-wise awareness seminars and training workshops.

Mandatory Attendance and Required Participants

These training workshops are strictly mandatory for all key stakeholders, including Head Examiners, Sub-Examiners, Principals, HODs, and students of the concerned subjects. The competent authority has mandated 100% attendance and presence for the designated staff and students from each affiliated institution.

Principals of Higher Education Department and Higher Secondary Schools under the School Education Department must ensure their presence along with the Head of Department and one student of each relevant subject (Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and Statistics) resulting in a total of 9 participants from each institute.
