Important Dates and Deadlines
Selected candidates must collect their fee voucher from the Admission Office and deposit the prescribed fee at any Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branch by Friday, 23 October 2026. Following payment, applicants are required to submit a copy of the paid deposit slip to the Admission Office during office hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Failure to meet this deadline will result in the cancellation of admission.
Fee Structure and Financial Details
Initially, all provisionally selected candidates are required to deposit the Non-Boarder Fee of Rs. 99,575/- as outlined in the University Prospectus. Students who require hostel accommodation must complete a separate prescribed hostel registration form.
Document Verification and Admission Requirements
Admission remains strictly provisional and subject to the submission and verification of original documents and CNIC or Form-B. Eligible candidates must have passed the CUVAS Entry Test along with the F.Sc. / HSSC Part-II or Combined First Annual Examination 2026.
Selected applicants must submit four (04) sets of photocopies containing the following documents:
- F.Sc. Certificate
- Matriculation Certificate
- Domicile
- CNIC or Form-B
- Photograph
Additionally, candidates must submit one copy each of the paid challans for the Admission Processing Fee and Entry Test Fee. Two duly attested affidavits—the CUVAS Rules Affidavit and the HEI Undertaking—are also mandatory at the time of first enrolment.
